This notice explains how Spectrum (Taif Al-Shabakah for Telecom & IT Co.) handles personal data collected through this website, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we collect
When you use the contact form, you choose what to send us:
- Your name and company
- Your email address and mobile number
- The services you are interested in, your site location and any project details you write
We do not use cookies or analytics. Your browser saves your language choice (English or Arabic) on your device only.
How the contact form works
When you press Send request, the website emails your details to our inbox. The website is hosted by Bluehost, whose servers are in the United States, so your request passes through their servers on its way to us. The website does not keep a copy of your request. To block repeated spam, it keeps a coded (hashed) form of your IP address for up to 15 minutes.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange a site survey
- To prepare a quotation or proposal you asked for
- If you become a client, to manage our contract with you
We do not use your details for marketing without asking you first, and we never sell them.
Who can see it
Only the Spectrum staff who handle your request. Our website host and the providers of our email and IT systems process data on our behalf under contract. We share data with government authorities only when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the contract and Saudi law require.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- Give you a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
- Delete it when we no longer need it
- Stop using it, where you gave us your consent

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Third-party services
This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. The office address link opens Google Maps, which has its own privacy policy.
Changes to this notice
If the way we handle data changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
